Each year, the Committee on Ministry conducts a review and performance evaluation of the Minister. As part of the review process, the MVUUF Committee on Ministry has the responsibility of conducting a survey of the congregation, to obtain feedback about the congregants’ interactions with the Minister during the review period. This survey is conducted in two ways: onsite after a worship service, and via Zoom.

This coming Sunday, OCT 20th, survey response forms will be available to be filled out and submitted after the worship service. The following Thursday, OCT 24th, beginning at 7:00 PM, there will be a Zoom meeting, and participants can use a Google survey form to provide feedback.
