Conscious Discipline Class
Conscious Discipline is a research-based, trauma-informed approach to social-emotional learning, discipline, and self-regulation. It helps both children and adults develop critical life skills such as composure, empathy, assertiveness, and positive intent. Instead of using traditional rewards and punishments, Conscious Discipline turns everyday conflicts into teaching moments, empowering children to manage their emotions, resolve conflicts, and build healthy relationships.
The program focuses on adult behavior first—helping teachers, parents, and caregivers recognize their own emotional patterns and triggers so they can model the skills they want children to learn. Through practices like safe spaces, celebration boards, and respectful communication, Conscious Discipline builds a connected, respectful culture in homes, schools, and workplaces.
